If your child doesn't know the addition and subtraction facts to 18, please help him/her practice. Hopefully they can add and subtract without counting fingers! Make a game of it and have fun! Help him/her practice rocket math each night.
We are now working on counting money. The children should be able to add groups of coins to get the total amount. We are using all coins. They should begin with coins of greatest value and work to smallest value. After the money chapters, will be work on telling time.
