The format of this event is as follows:

*There will be three rounds of events.

*Each room will have six to eight speakers performing in that category.

*Speaking times will be between 6-8 minutes depending on the guidelines.

*Observers may leave between speakers (only when the door opens) or remain in the room the entire round.

   We need a lot of help to make this tournament a success.  We are looking for individuals for the following: concession stand shifts, make bars/cookies, make food for the judges lounge (salads, sandwiches, desserts, etc.), pass out programs, monitor rooms and/or hallways, etc.  We can also use help the week before the meet if anyone is interested in helping with: making copies, hanging signs, stapling packets, unpacking awards, etc.
