Natural Resource Science 1
Credit/1st & 2nd semester
This course will cover a wide variety of topics important to our natural
habitat. Areas covered will be:
 | the ecosystem |
| forestry |
| laws and
regulations for boating and hunting |
| pollution control |
| habits and habitats of
animals and waterfowl  |
| taxidermy will be covered
with a hands on lab |
| discuss game laws |
| hunting and
fishing equipment and techniques |
| environmental simulations will be run on the computer |
Numerous outside lab activities will be incorporated into the curriculum along with guest speakers and field trips.
